What can you expect from the programme?

A six-month paid employment opportunity, with a strong possibility of a permanent role at the end of the programme
Specialised coaching from Women Returners to support your return to the workplace
A mentor to guide you through your Returners placement
A buddy to assist you in learning the ropes

An opportunity to revamp your skills, update your CV with new experience, and grow your network

ISG offers hybrid office/home working and all flexible working requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis with the manager.

Who is it for?

ISG is keen to hear from people whose previous careers were in construction and the built environment.

Applicants will need previous experience in one or more of the following areas:

Design & Design Management - London, Whitstable, Reading, Manchester, Bradford
Project Management - National
Planning - National
Commercial - National
Building & Technical Services - National
