I am delighted to be partnered with a leading conservation who are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join their team.


This is an exceptional role for the right individual to work in partnership with managers and colleagues globally, to help develop and deliver HR strategies, goals, and activities.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be:

  • A trusted advisor on HR policies, legislation, and change management
  • Collaborating with managers to develop on people management skills
  • Leading and providing support on HR projects and initiatives
  • Partnering with the wider HR team on salary reviews, performance management cases, and progression development plans
  • Advising colleagues in HR policies and procedures, and mentoring in the adoption of new approaches

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be CIPD qualified (level 3/5)
  • Possess a strong background as a HR Generalist, along with sound knowledge of UK employment law
  • Be experienced with managing and leading Employee Relations casework
  • Have the ability to confidently communicate across the business and build strong relationships


With this being a global role, there may be occasions where you will be required to work outside of the normal '9-5', therefore flexibility and a willingness is a must Although not required, an interest in working for a not-for-profit environment is certainlyadvantageous.


Based in central Cambridge, they are offering hybrid working (two days in the office, three working from home), 25 days annual leave, and a competitive pension of 12%.
