One of the UK's Top Quantity Surveying Consultancies is seeking a career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Birmingham office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an ambitious team working on highly technical projects providing Development Monitoring Services.

The role will include the delivery of appointments to a wide range of banks and development funders, across multiple sectors including residential, student accommodation and commercial from £500k - £50m.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have experience in the delivery of Development Monitoring Surveying Commissions and will be interested in more autonomy and stepping into a leadership role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally MRICS or working towards
Specific knowledge and expertise of property finance / due diligence / project monitoring
Good pre and post contract experience
PQS/Consultancy background
