This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.


We are seeking to appoint a Quality Assurance Officer (Student Voice), who will work across the University and with the University of Westminster Students' Union (UWSU), to support student voice activities and quality assurance projects.

This role will suit a highly motivated and organised individual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties will include:

leading on the appointment, training and all administrative process related to Course and School student representatives, working closely with the University of Westminster Students Union (UWSU) to develop good practice, University level committee servicing, act as a Quality and Standards Adviser/Secretary to revalidations (including organisation, reporting writing and providing advice to course teams on university policies and regulations), Student Records activity and implementing developments related to the Student Voice.


The Quality and Standards Office plays a key role the implementation of the University's quality assurance and academic regulatory frameworks, including the approval, monitoring and review of courses through the revalidation processes.

It also provides a Committee Secretariat function and supports the University's three Colleges in meeting their responsibility for quality assurance, academic standards and governance.
