Your new role
Your new role will be working on internal and external contracts, with training courses and on-site training being provided. Competent in a wide range of trades, carrying out repairs and property refurbishments. This role will be situated at various locations across Ipswich and Felixstowe.
- A background within multitrade is essential.
- Onsite training will be provided by the company as required.
- Willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge and experience working on both domestic and commercial projects.
- Adhere to excellent Health and Safety practice.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2 years Property Maintenance related experience or an NVQ 2 in Multitrade
- Previous experience working with residential and commercial properties.
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Physically fit
