Page Personnel are working in partnership with a global market leading retail business based in Deeside, Flintshire to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.

You will join a largeestablished team working for a very credible Credit Manager.Description
As a Credit Controller working within the accountancy team you will be encouraged to have honest supportive conversations with important customers as well as the following duties:
- Key responsibility of your own customer accounts within the UK ledger
- Producing debtor reports daily
- Dealing and resolving customer and client queries
- Liaising with relevant external bodies professionally where required
- Chasing outstanding debts
- Working within internal processes to pass of outstanding debtor accounts to relevant internal teams
- Working to a high level of customer service at all time
- Supporting with month end and year end account audit processes
- Working in partnership with the inhouse sales and customer services teams
- Cash allocations and updating inhouse system
Profile
The successful Credit Controller will:
- Have experience dealing with overdue client/customer account management
- Confident conducting difficult conversations
- Outstanding telephone manner & communication skills
- Maintaining an excellent level of customer service while being direct and honest
- Manage a high volume of work
- Experience taking payments over the phone
- Have a high level of customer service and process improvement experience
- Flexible approach to task as well as prioritising workloads
- Experience using Sage/accounting software
- Comfortable extracting data from Excel
