Description
The purpose of this role is to act as first point of contact for both customers and engineers. We need someone really dynamic and forward thinking. It is not an easy role - we have demanding clients, breakdowns and emergencies all over the UK.Daily activities within the Service Department are focused to ensure timely fulfilment of customer needs and to constantly improve the level of customer service provided.
