Role Purpose
To work within the fast paced, exciting Client Response Team.

This department is all about supporting customers, whether it be getting an update for a customer's order or arranging a delivery to site.

The Customer Experience Co-ordinator is focused on processing orders - both Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP) and providing any support you can to a customer regarding their order.

Basically, it's about getting a customer order right through from receipt of purchase order to when it arrives safely on site.


Principal Responsibilities/Duties

  • Sales Order Processing (SOP)
  • Purchase Order Processing (POP)
  • Produce Order Acknowledgements and follow up
  • Returns administration
  • Delivery update Calls
  • Production scheduling
  • Project delivery coordination
  • Logistics, Purchasing and Accounts liaison
  • Answering main incoming calls

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
