We have exciting opportunity for an Internal recruiter to join an expanding company based in Chelmsford.

The internal recruiter will help drive the strategic and operational growth for one of the largest cars dealers in the UK.

You will be responsible for writing job descriptions and managing the on boarding process to ensure that roles are filled and secured.

You will be the main point of contact for recruiters and our online portals to help drive the acquisition of the best talent.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Writing and distributing job descriptions and managing job postings
Working with business heads to understand the recruitment needs in each department
Working within the business to support the growing needs of each department
Attending interviews where necessary
Documenting new starters and supporting the induction process
Developing a strong network with local, regional and national recruiters
Day to day management of online portals such as Indeed and GlassdoorA

Person Specification:

Experience within recruitment
A desire to support a dynamic and growing business
A restless drive to secure the best potential on the market
Experience with major online portals and experience working with recruiters.
A proactive approach to problem solving
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to understand detailed information
IT and numeracy skills with proficiency in Microsoft tools
Integrity and approachability
Influencing and negotiating skills
