We are currently working with an established, well-respected, and social focused organisation who are recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner to support its growth plans.
This 'new' role which works alongside a further HRBP supports the HR Teamto deliver a strategic HR function.Primarily based in Cumbria, however the role has an element of hybrid working, and a requirement for occasionally travel to other sites.
The Business Partners share responsibility for the goals and targeted delivery of the people and organisational strategy, as directed by the Head of HR, and will manage a small team of HR professionals and/or administrators responsible for delivery of elementsof our people agenda.
As a small team there is an expectation that the Business Partners will work flexibly, and in partnership with colleagues across the People Team, to make sure that priorities are always met.
To be successful in this role you are already operating at HRBP level, enjoying the diversity and responsibility it brings.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of line managing and developing others, preferably in an HR context along with experienceof managing and delivering projects and initiatives to a diverse group of stakeholders.
Ideally CIPD qualified with some experience of managing Employment Tribunal proceedings, early conciliation and/or settlement agreements.
