COURT OF PROTECTION SOLICITOR

NEWCASTLE
TOP LEGAL 500 PRACTICE This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection to join a thriving Legal 500 practice in the Newcastle area.

Your duties in this role including providing high qualitylegal advice to clients and managing your own caseload on a wide range of Court of Protection matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE and will have experience in responding to telephone enquiries, making deputyship applications and supportingdaily financial administrations.

You must be able to work collaboratively and independently plus able to work in a pressurised environment. This position allows there to flexibility with the option of occasional home working. You will also be expected to traveloccasionally to the firms' other offices around the area. The firm can offer a competitive salary alongside a generous package.
