SF Recruitment are currently working with an award winning business who have recently gone through a period of rapid growth.

They are looking for a HR Coordinator.

This role would suit a recent graduate with CIPD level 5 or someone that is looking to take a step back in their career.

Salary:
£27,000 - £29,000

Hours: 35 per week - this role is office based with travel to 3 other local offices (travel will be reimbursed)

Role:

Maintaining and updating the HR database, annual leave and sick leave requests, change of hours, changes to contracts
Providing new starter details to the Finance department
Dealing with recruitment, organising interviews, onboarding including DBS checks
Induction meetings
Assisting the HR Manager with disciplinary and grievances, absence and performance reviews
To provide secretariat for Trustee Board meetings, including arranging meetings and taking minutes.
