Maternity Hub Receptionist

Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking to recruit friendly, hardworking, enthusiastic people to work within our offsite Maternity Hubs supporting both our Community Midwives and our patients.

You will be required to provide an efficient reception/administrative service to the Community Midwifery Teams based in several hub locations across the trust between the hours of 8-6pm Monday to Friday.

The role will involve face-to-face reception and telephone duties, booking and re-arranging appointments, general admin and clerical duties. Shift are planned on a monthly rota basis with at least two 6pm finishes required each week.

Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills will be required for this post as you will be expected to communicate well with all levels of staff and public.

You will also need to be flexible and have your own transport as you will be required to provide reception cover for the maternity hubs (currently based at Far Cotton and Billing Road) as and when required to cover holiday and sickness.
