Based within the Community Mental Health Teams the post holder(s) will be responsible for supporting the Community Mental Health Team and Community Admin Manager to meet targets in relation to local KPIs.

The post holder will support the CPA forward booking process and assist with population of data within our clinical systems to support the Physical Health Agenda, Carers support information and demographic information


To assist with the roll out of data quality processes or systems put in place to improve service user experience.


Through the implementation of the Care Programme Approach (CPA) forward booking system ensure that reviews take place in a timely manner in line with CPA policy.

To support the clinical/admin team with the population of carers information and the process for assessments.

To support the Physical Health Team with the booking of Physical Health appointments and the completion of the PHIT.

To support the clinical/admin to ensure the patient record system (PARIS) is up to date and accurate.

To have access to update sensitive confidential information in relation to service users and their demographics and CPA information.
