Description

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting to a Deputy Financial Controller position. The role will be for an initial 6 months however could be extended to workload. The role will be hybrid working and paying between £350 - £450 a day umbrella dependenton experience.

Duties:

Accountable for managing and delivering effective reporting including the annual accounts
Liaising with internal and external auditors managing the full process
Accountable for the Capital and revenue budgets
Responsible for the balance sheet management
Management of a financial accounts function, driving a team through busy month end and annual accounts
Preparation of Trust Board papers and presentations regarding key financial issues

Person:

Excellent communicator, with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders and budget holders
Responsible for managing staff
Diligent with great technical ability
Previous NHS experience would be highly desirable
