Hampshire Cultural Trust and Milestones Museum are excited to offer an apprenticeship within our dedicated food and beverage team.

You'll have the exciting opportunity to earn whilst you learn getting experience across all aspects of our F&B operations from food preparation in our kitchen to bar service and even occasional event catering all whilst having dedicated support, guidance and training from your expert team and mentor.

You will be working towards the Hospitality Team Member L2 standard earning an industry recognised qualification alongside real world experience.


A bit about you
We are not looking for experience as we will provide everything you need. We are looking for a passion for customer service with an interest in F&B operations. You'll bring energy, curiosity, and a real drive to learn being open to challenge and change.

Your drive and passion will be infectious as you seek to learn as much as possible, questioning and pushing your team to explore new ideas and opportunities.

Most importantly you will be a fantastic team player, as an essential part of our busy F&B team offering a key part to our visitor experience.


If you don't already have GCSEs in English and maths, you will need to take functional skills as part of the apprenticeship.
