Be an integral part of brining exciting arts programmes to Aldershot


You will be integral in supporting the planning and delivery of a commercially viable arts and culture programme across the West End Centre covering a variety of practioner led workshops.

Working closely with the Community Programme Manager, your role will see you manage the administration of arts and culture programmes across the venues whilst actively developing programmes that bring in exciting new audiences.

You will also be key in making connections as part of the venue's offering with a particular focus on family audiences.

A bit about you

You will have a strong administrative background with knowledge of what great customer service looks like.

Your experience of working with diverse audiences and appreciation of audience development helps you to develop exciting arts programmes for a public venue with support from the venue team.

Experience of working with family audiences and audience development principles is beneficial but not essential.


_A basic DBS will be requested by HCT due to the nature of this role._
