About The Role:


Main responsibilities:


  • Work alongside the department manager in all aspects of catering
  • Lead a team to ensure the daytoday operation and service provided in the restaurant is to a high standard
  • Monitor the quality of the food and service to ensure the site performs well and report any findings to catering manager
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction
  • Training of new staff
  • Organise & provide direction to motivate team members
  • Maintain stock levels and order new supplies as required
  • Ensure health & safety regulations are strictly observed
  • Follow the strict company policy for cash handling, stock taking and banking

About You:


Desired skills and knowledge:


  • 2+ years of supervising a catering site
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, and able to prioritise their workload whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer facing role
