Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an assistant Managerfor a popular fast paced retailer within
Stratford London We are recruiting for a market leading retailer that are rapidly expanding You will be the assistant manager at the forefront of creating an exceptional and fun environment for customers to come in store and shop and inspire the team to deliverbrilliant customer service.

You will be assisting the management team with leading a team, driving sales and KPI's to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained and the new store opening is as successfulas others.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

Lead well by example, driving sales and KPI performance
Driving customer service and giving the ultimate shopping experience
Inspiring and coaching of associates
Keeping up to date with fashion, accessories and footwear industry
Manage the sales floor in the absence of senior management

Experience and background:

Retail management experience
Working within a fashion, accessory or footwear environment
Currently managing KPIs and drive sales and have a track record of driving sales, performance and KPI's
A can do attitude
A real people person who thrives within a customer service environment
