West Midlands£60-65k DOEDigital Waffle is currently working in partnership with a leading BMS company based in Birmingham.

They have a number of high-profile projects in and around the West Midlands & are currently in a period of growth and expansion so are now looking to expand their BMS team by recruiting a BMS Project Manager.

The Role:
Must be able to take a project from post quotation stage to the final handoverProduce technical submittals (control panel drawings, description of operations, project documentation, O&M manuals etc.)

Able to ensure that projects are completed on time and in budgetPlanning, scheduling and coordinating all relevant works as necessaryLiaising with clients and third parties to achieve project completionLiaise with site installation and commissioning teamManage a small team of project engineers and provide supportRequirements:
Strong technical knowledge with project engineering/management within the BMS industryProven experience of project management BMS systemsExperience managing projects up to a value of £1,000,000Experience with Delta, Trend, Cylon ABB or TridiumHigh organisational skills requiredCSCS Skill card or equivalentFull UK driving license requiredPackage:Company CarOvertime available (if desired)Annual leave loyalty bonusInvest heavily in on-going trainingSage benefit schemeAnnual pay reviews
