Description

Duties:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and issue resolution
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue opportunities
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £23,674.92 per year
