Customer Service Representative - Manchester, United Kingdom - CHANNEL ALT LTD
Description
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and issue resolution
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue opportunities
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous

From £23,674.92 per year
