We are currently looking for a professional, inspiring and motivational
Claims Team Leader to lead our clients highly successful, rapidly expanding home claims team, who provide an excellent service to their customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the claims team to ensure achievement of targets
  • Maintain claim quality assurance checks for each team member ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Deliver daily claims meetings to inspire, motivate and set targets, feeding into weekly and monthly targets
  • Create a strong customer care through claims culture within the claims teams and business
  • Ensuring team queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Challenge normality by trialling new ways of working
  • Drive and encouraging the company values throughout the team, always leading by example
  • Collect, organise, and analyse claims data to generate insights and track KPIs
  • Create and distribute regular reports and dashboards to aid decisionmaking
  • Utilise data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Manage performance and absence in line with HR processes
  • Ensure that the claims team adheres to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards

Key Experience / Skills Required:


  • Driven, ambitious and confident claims leader, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve results
  • A Passionate coach with a strong desire to improve and coach their team
  • Must have experience in Home Insurance claims experience
  • Passionate about 'going the extra mile'
  • An excellent communicator at all levels, demonstrating the ability to deal with challenging conversations
  • A positive cando attitude, resilient and self motivated
  • First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities
  • Ability to evaluate, implement, and manage sales and automation tools that enhance productivity
