Salary:
£23,000.00 basic PLUS bonus up to £500 per month.

CES is a multi-award-winning, leader in the energy sector. We offer eligible homeowners FREE energy solutions - Solar, Insulation and Air Source Heat Pumps. This aids customers in reducing their energy bills and carbon emissions adding value to their homes.


The main principles of this role will be to maintain regular customer contact ensuring all our customers receive an excellent service provided by CES.


Key responsibilities:


  • Discuss installation issues.
  • Diary management.
  • Responsible for managing inbound enquiries.
  • Arranging appointments on behalf of our trades.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints.
  • Arrange appointments with customers for remedial works to be undertaken.
  • Record detailed and accurate information from conversations to spreadsheets.

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Good understanding of Google Sheets and Excel

  • Working hours: Monday

  • Thursday shifts between 09:00 19:00 and Friday from 09:00 16:00 ( occasional weekend work).
