Our client are currently looking for a
Receptionist to join their business based out of our
Toyota Croydon Dealership.

As a
Receptionist, you are responsible for engaging with customers day to day, you will have great interpersonal skills as you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all customers.

You will be managing various customers at any one time and ensuring each customer has a positive and enjoyable experience.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOURS FOR THIS ROLE ARE THE FOLLOWING:

Monday: 1pm - 6pm

Wednesday: 1pm - 6pm

Friday: 1pm - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Sunday: 10am - 4pm

About the role of
Receptionist:

Meet and greet customers and introduce yourself as the
Receptionist:
Assess when to engage with customers and when to leave them to browse
Guide visitors to the hub, children's area and information centre, encouraging them to utilise the facilities available
Offer customers refreshments and make them feel welcome
Work with the management team to support promotions or events with changes to the showroom environment
Ensure all brochures are well stocked, in the right place and up to date

About you

Excellent levels of customer service and communication
Computer literate
Work efficiently under pressure and to set targets
Be polite, friendly and persuasive

We are a leading automotive dealership group in the UK specialising in Japanese brands, who currently employ over 500 people across 11 retail dealerships and we are looking to expand even further.

Salary:
£11.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
