About This Job:
As an HR Business Partner you will be the strategic consultant to advise and enable the affiliate management teams in UK & Canada and the Commercial Strategy & Operations team (UK).
As such you will partner with your stakeholders to deliver the regional business score card (inc of people objectives) and drive strategic projects from HQ, for example, succession planning, organization design, strategic workforce planning and drive transformationfrom an HR and advisory perspective.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for design of our global HR strategy and translating to each function geography and partnering globally with wider HR for successful implementation.
Co-creation with division heads on developing their strategic direction for the market or function by bringing outside-in perspective with an enterprise wide mindset
Accountable for collaborating with CoEs to ensure policies and frameworks align with organisational strategy and market or functional requirements utilizing business acumen and market or functional complexity knowledge
Accountable for designing strategic workforce planning initiatives across the market or function, ensuring sufficient pipeline strength and diversity to meet future business needs, that deliver a ROI
Accountable for growing capabilities by developing initiatives and plans to increase collaboration, workforce engagement, leadership effectiveness and workforce productivity across own team and the broader employee base
Accountable for championing a future focused approach by thinking strategically and anticipating new opportunities, as well as understanding external market trends to drive successful organisational transformation
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
Masters degree or HR professional qualification
Extensive experience in a combination of HR or senior business management roles within a pharmaceutical company
Proven experience of high-level strategic thinker and adaptation into tangible results in an international environment
Strong experience in providing advisory around organisational and cultural development initiatives and succession planning
Business fluency in English
