Customer Service Advisor - Priority:


  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • As part of the role, you will be giving exceptional service to B2B and B2C within agreed SLA's.
  • You will be working in a multiskilled environment which includes appointment booking and offering Spares support as a base line function.
  • A key requirement is to promote a positive image of Vaillant Service to all customers and colleagues.
  • Take ownership of requests through to fruition, delivering on promises made.
  • WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
  • Previous experience of delivering customer service at an exceptional level and computer literacy skills are essential for this role.
  • You are highly motivated with the ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Selfstarting with a positive outlook, determination, and passion to succeed.
  • Demonstrate the aptitude and attitude to drive high standards and achieve targets.
  • Selfmotivating with exceptional organisational skills.
