Our client is recognised as a leading Investment Management and Wealth Management business with offices close to London They current seek to recruit for an Operations & Investment Administrator to join their busy and vibrant team.

You will be working withina forward thinking organisation which offers excellent opportunities to progress and develop your career.

Daily Duties will include;

  • Assist in the day to day trading requirements of the group, its subsidiaries and external investment partners. This includes the investment of client cash, sales and withdrawals.
  • Maintain the companies CRM Database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
  • Liaise with Financial Advisers and Support Staff (internal and external) in relation to management of client's investments.
  • Assist in the successful management of the groups investment propositions, including the running of the quarterly 'Who, What, Why & When' investment process.
  • Maintain the centralised mailboxes, currently including, Money In, Money Out, Enquiries (BGCL, BFP and BIM), Fund Switches, IT, Document Control, BSPs, Promotions and Group Communications. Mailboxes should be managed in line with published Service Standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of Group Documentation including sales documents and brochures etc.
  • Assist in the successful management of the companies IT infrastructure, including the companies cloud based Hosted Exchange and Hosted Desktop.
  • Assist with the monitoring of financial promotions issued by the Group, its subsidiaries or partner firm ensuring these meet all regulatory requirements and Group standards.
  • Collating relevant business information and data, providing full analysis on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as required.
  • Assist in the management of the Group's internal meeting rooms. This will include ensuring rooms are setup for specific meetings, catering requirements are met and any audio/visual equipment provided.
  • Assist in the management of the Group's offices. This will include ensuring all legal requirements in terms of Health and Safety are met.
