We're recruiting on behalf of a top International commercial outfit who are looking for a junior to join their corporate team in Leeds.

The role will focus on Mergers and Acquisition work (M&A), private equity, equity capital markets, business sales, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

Academically sound gaining a 2:1 at degree level
Qualified lawyer ideally has completed a seat in corporate in a commercial firm or inhouse legal team.
Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for business development.
A strong client focus and a real team player.
Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn.
