- Processing customer orders
- Generating shipping notices and raising invoices to customers
- Managing the sales ledger (including distribution of customer invoices, statements and queries)
- Collecting payments and account reconciliation
- Generating supplier invoices
- General administrative duties
- Data processing using Microsoft Excel using supplier information or electronic catalogues
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. You will be flexible and understand the needs of working in a small team
- Encouragement to contribute ideas
- Experience using QuickBooks and Excel would be advantageous
- Small friendly team
