Legacy Strategies Ltd are hiring on behalf of our client for the role ofPayroll Officer. We are looking for someone with experience in high-volume Payroll. You must have a high level of accuracy and be able to work well in a time pressured environment.

Full time/12months FTC/ Hybrid_
- This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential of permanent placement. You will be expected to attend the office 34 times a week._
Responsibilities and Roles:
- Work alongside the HR team to ensure all payroll alterations are made timely and with accuracy.
- Ensuring that bonuses and commission is processed and applied correctly
- Manage all internal and external customer queries
- Calculate all Holiday Pay, Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay etc.
- Provide end of month reports to the Head of Office Assistant and Dealership Accountants.
- Process efficiently and accurately, the Group's monthly payrolls across several PAYE companies.
- Input all Starters, leavers and changes to t&c's.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years, highvolume payroll experience.
- Must have dealt with a large number of employees.
- Skilled in using Excel, ideally with vlookups and pivot tables.
- Strong organisational skills
- Can use your own initiative
- Works well independently
Additional experience but not essential:
- Experience of working with more than one PAYE company
- Bureau experience
- Dealership Payroll's or similar
Salary: £31,500 up to £35,500 DOE_
