Hybrid, Aylesbury

£23,000 - £25,000 pa + commission, OTE and benefits


Carbon60 is growing and we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our Delivery team in Aylesbury With a focus on fast moving consumer goods, you will fill a variety of roles for Commercial, Digital, Engineering, Aviation, Finance or Creative clients, ranging from Admin to Senior Managers and Directors.


Duties in a nutshell:


  • Deliver contract and/or permanent assignments to meet client needs and maximise profitability
  • Liaise with Payroll to handle worker queries promptly
  • Expand current accounts by attending client meetings and upselling Carbon60 services
  • Obtain full booking details (including all necessary H& S information) and person specifications from clients maximising each opportunity for placements
  • Arrange and attend Client Service visits.***

  • Excellent communication you are a confident, experienced recruiter and/or sales exec
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn and utilise a variety of platforms
  • Ability to influence people and gain commitment

  • 1st class customer service skills
