    Outline of the role

    :

    We understand the power of social and its potential. If you do too, read on. We're looking for an innately organised, commercial, creative and analytical thinker to join our client services team. You'll play a pivotal role within the agency by owning, and in part supporting, the delivery of some of our largest client partnerships. Working alongside an Account Director, you will lead the day to day running of client business at a senior level, using a high level of initiative to execute strategies.

    You must be able to distil client briefs and take a lead role to come up with effective social strategy and executional plans. The role requires a strong combination of leadership and communication skills - as well as knowledge across social and the wider communications landscape.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • A strong working knowledge of the social media landscape, the wider communications landscape and your clients business. Be proactive in sharing this knowledge, both internal stakeholders and also with clients.
  • Distil client briefs or business problems and translate into internal briefs - translating business problems into marketing, communication or social objectives.
  • Oversee the day to day management of agency / client responsibilities - to include reporting, project management and financial processes.
  • Responsible for keeping clients informed of new social initiatives and opportunities for the continued development of the clients business.
  • Working alongside internal teams, analyse campaign performance, build case studies and recommend future solutions.
  • Meet and exceed financial targets with the accounts you own and support with.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients - adopting and championing best-in-class approach to account management.
  • Oversee the development of Account Executives within the team.

  • You're building from solid foundations - You have 3+ years of experience in client services at a social, wider digital or creative agency.
