Role:
Head of Metering (energy / utilities)

Location:
Homebased (with occasional travel to London)

Salary:
up to £65k DOE + 10% bonus

Summary:

Key responsibilities:

Strategic oversight of all the metering operations within the company
Effective operational management of key external partner relationships
Direct line management of the Settlements and Metering Teams.
Collaborate internally to ensure the right decisions are made for the customers
Establishing how metering will affect other departments
Collaborating with marketing and product development
Own weekly and monthly reporting of Operational Performance against KPIs
Maintaining of KPIs within their team
Using your operational experience and business acumen to resolve key operational issues

Skills and experience required:

Solid operational experience driving efficiencies and change in a scaling B2C business
Good knowledge of metering, data and smart meter role outs
Experience communicating with 3rd parties (mop and map)
Reliable, methodical, look for ways to improve process with a focus on customer service
Possess strong leadership, capable of leading and delivering new projects
An eye for data and strong data analysis capabilities
Results orientated and able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fastpaced industry
Proven ability in driving and increasing efficiency
