Description

This will be a key role, working closely with the Head of Compliance and providing technical compliance support within an expanding financial advisory business with particular focus on pensions and retirement planning.

It is envisaged that this broad and varied role will cover all aspects of compliance and will include monitoring and audits, providing feedback and guidance to the business, dealing with complaints, financial promotions, assisting with writing and implementingprocedures and controls, monitoring regulatory developments, producing Management Information and deputizing for the Head of Compliance when necessary.

Working within a highly professional environment you will need to demonstrate existing compliance experience gained within a Life & Pensions environment.

In order to be successful you will need to demonstrate the ability to engage, communicate and positivelyinfluence at all levels as well as possessing at least a Pension Transfer qualification, although further progress towards the Diploma in Financial Planning would be encouraged.
