Our client is an established, specialist global fund manager, which is looking to recruit an experienced and capable individual to report to the General Counsel and take overall responsibility for the day to day aspects of compliance.

Working within this small but highly professional team it is envisaged that your role will have a strong advisory focus to ensure that the business remains aware of global regulatory developments and the likely impacts working with the business to devisepragmatic solutions.

In addition you will also be responsible for undertaking regulatory due diligence and ensuring existing processes and procedures remain compliant and robust.

Whilst personality and a genuine enthusiasm will be pivotal; it will also be essential to possess a broad compliance/regulatorybackground gained within a Fund Manager and be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the FCA handbook.

You will also need to be educated to at least degree standard and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with staff at alllevels.
