The Project Support Officer / PA will report directly to the Deputy Director of Operations and will work closely with cross-functional project teams and other staff within the corporate operations structure to deliver service change.
Working as part of the Corporate Operations team, the post holder will support specific service improvement projects and will have proven project support skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, encouraging and influencing change.
Alongside the facilitation of service improvement initiatives, the post holder will also undertake PA duties for the Deputy Director of Operations which includes diary management, the production of action logs and agendas and updating and drafting of slide sets and other business related documentation.
