My client is a world leader in real estate services They buy, build, occupy and invest in a variety of assets including industrial, commercial, retail, residential and hotel real estate.

From ambitious start ups to global firms, their client base spans across industries including banking, energy, health care, law, life sciences, manufacturing and technology.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Credit Controller from Property to join their London team.


Credit Controller from Property, London

  • Chasing tenancy and agency arrears
  • Assisting landlords through evictions and legal recovery process
  • Aged debt reporting
  • Month end routines and reconciliations
  • Monthly meetings with Property Managers, Branch staff
  • Adhoc duties
  • Meeting agreed KPIs

The Successful Applicant:


  • Able manage multiple portfolios and allocate enough time to all areas
  • Experience with rental arrears and recovering agent debt
  • Build strong relationships with other teams and clients
  • Great communication and written skills
  • Be a team player
  • Able to work with high degree of independence
