Reed Business Support are assisting their clients search for
Senior Claims Handlers to join their team based in Eastleigh.

The role is hybrid, with your week being split 60% (3 days) working remotely/from home and 40% (2 days) in the office.

They are ideally looking for someone full time for this role, 37.5 hours per week. The role is permanent and full training is provided.

As a Senior Claims Handler, you will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of complex and high value household claims from start to finish.

Technical claims knowledge within a household insurance environment is essential for this role.
Skills required;

Experience in dealing with complex Household claims is essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Investigation and negotiation skills with customers and third parties
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
