Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid


Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
A major communications and trade exhibition company is currently seeking a marketing coordinator.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering calls and correspondences, internal and external
  • Creating a general efficient and effective workflow and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintaining office supplies, ensuring adhering to office protocols and policies
  • Assisting the Corporate Office Manager with any additional support and overflow of work as the need arises
  • Scheduling meetings and booking rooms, and formatting documents and reports as requested
  • Preparing marketing material for campaigns and presentations utilising graphic design skills
  • Performing research as needed
  • Maintaining the digital filing system, scanning documents as required
  • Assisting with company registers as needed
  • Acting as communication relay, making sure all parties receive necessary information and that this information is accurate and in a timely manner
  • Assisting the team with social media communications, through various channels
  • Creating, as directed by management, social media posts, and announcements
  • Distributing weekly enewsletters to subscribers
  • Checking website functionality daily, and liaising immediately with appropriate personnel to rectify any problematic issues
  • Updating web content as and when directed, and liaising directly with web developers on technical issues as they arise, or providing assistance with projects
  • Engaging collaboratively in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
  • Assisting with the creation of dynamic written, graphic, and video content

Essentials:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience within highlevel administration and campaign marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Confident using MailChimp, PhotoShop, InDesign, RSS feeds, and other marketing feeds such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong proofreading, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
