Job description
In this role, you will play an in important part in supporting the Digital Services Team.


The post holder will carry out a range of duties, focussing on publishing content that meets our content and accessibility standards.

You will be dealing with requests for website updates and responding to feedback from customers using our online services.


Experience of publishing to the web and some coding knowledge will help with dealing with some of the trickier issues that will need to be fixed.


Knowledge and experience of the following:
Excellent IT skills, including some knowledge of coding (basic html)

Experience of working with Content Management System (CMS)

Good knowledge of SharePoint and Umbraco CMS or the ability to learn quickly.

Excellent communications and problem-solving skills.

Experience of editing PDFs and cropping images.

Experience of carrying out accessibility tests

Experience of producing and interpreting google analytics reports.
