One Property Recruitment are searching for a Service Charge Accountant for a phenomenal role based in the modern and newly refurbished offices my client Is based in near Oxford Street.

Specialising in both residential and commercial real estate management, you will be joining an experienced, highly supportive and down-to-earth team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience of full portfolio management, who is seeking a move with a well-established company in the sector.

The role will require you to demonstrate your technical skillset and how you deliver best practice in account management.

Your core duties include:

Working closely with the property management team to produce and review budgets with accuracy
Preparing yearend accounts
Reconciling accounts; providing analysis and producing relevant expenditure/income reports
Raising service charge demands
Setting up new properties on the company system
Complying with annual audit requests
Production of reports as requested
Liaising with stakeholders and responding to requests as needed

This position would suit someone who enjoys working in an office environment as well as from home a couple of days a week.

My client offers a friendly and collaborative team culture and will sponsor your ACCA/AAT exams and any further qualifications, should you desire.

My client is hugely supportive with respect to system training and is looking for someone with proven experience liaising with key stakeholders regularly who wants to grow long-term with them as a business too.

I am looking for someone with the following skills/attributes:

Up to 3 years' service charge experience in a residential capacity
Experience using QUBE/Propman software ideal, but not essential
Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
Strong communicator on all platforms
