    Job Description You will join a growing IT consultancy who are driving digital transformation and sustainable solutions for the world's leading financial institutions.

    The company is working with numerous aspects of pioneering technologies including cloud engineering (partnerships with AWS, Azure and GCP), AI and blockchain.

    Due to the level of company growth, my client is looking for a Client Solutions Director to drive the tech strategy for their insurance or retail banking clients.

    You will act as a technology and business expert, leading pre-sales engagement and over seeing projects to enable opportunities for revenue growth.

    Own technical solutions as part of all pre-sales engagements in the insurance sector
    Act as a technical bridge and project oversight between clients, sales and delivery
    Help align the UK approach
    Identify market specific challenges and opportunities that will help the company build relevant world class offerings
    C-suite stakeholder management and engagement

    Hybrid working; 1 or 2 days in the office

    ~ Salary up to £140,000 (potential for flexibility) + £20, ,000 bonus

    ~25 days annual leave increasing by 1 day for every 2 years of service up to a total of 29 days.
    ~ Demonstrable experience as a senior technologist for a technology/consulting organisation
    Experience delivering insurance or retail banking programmes
    Experience working on cloud projects in a leadership capacity
