Reed Secure are working with an international organisation, they are seeking a Learning Support Trainer role is based within their Civil Training business area.

As a Regional Trainer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

With your passionate about health & social care, extensive experience in the sector and ability to pass on your knowledge and experience, you'll make an impact by delivering first class apprenticeshiptraining.

Day to day, you'll work with a team of regional trainers, supporting health & social care employees in your area to work towards and complete their level 2 to level 5 apprenticeship.

You'll do this through a mixture of remote sessions via webinar or MS teamsand face-to-face visit to sites across the West Midlands.

This role provides field-based work covering the West midlands area alongside home working arrangements.

Essential experience

Extensive experience working within the health & social care industry in a managerial position is essential
GCSE A-C in Maths & English or equivalent and good ICT skills
Excellent organisational skills and a professional demeanour with good interpersonal and communication skills
A valid driving licence and your own car, with a willingness to travel within your region
A keen interest in supporting people through their apprenticeship
Must have or have the ability to obtain enhanced DBS security clearance with Children's Barred List check
