£50,000***We have a fantastic Maternity Contract, starting ASAP, for an EA to cover at a global talent solutions firm based in the City.

This EA role involves a high volume of complex diary management, and general time management to a high level of detail and accuracy, so experience with board level support is ideal.

The perfect EA will be proactive, always thinking multiple steps ahead, and able to adapt quickly while remaining calm and friendly.

Duties include:

Complex diary management
Coordination of onsite and offsite meetings, including travel arrangements
Inbox management
Gatekeeping
Preparing documents

We are looking for someone to start immediately, and please note this role offers hybrid working.
