Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with one of the South West's most successful businesses, as they look to engage with a qualified Management Accountant.

Working closely with the Finance Director, The role will be a mixture of management accounting in it's purest form, but also business partnering with key stakeholders throughout the business with a real desire to get underneath the numbers and understandkey factors in the business performance.

You will be naturally intellectually inquisitive, with a desire for process improvement whilst also giving the business invaluable insight and input into strategic decisions.

You will be a qualified accountant with strong post qualified experience, either qualifying in audit or organically within a finance function.

You will consider yourself to be a proactive, outwardly facing finance professional with an advanced skillset onMicrosoft Excel.

This leading and growing business are working on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days per week in the office in Central Bristol with a salary up to £55,000 plus 5% bonus available.
