Key Results Areas

  • Assist Credit Control team in all administration duties.
  • To post and allocate cash received at branch and HO aided by a robot.
  • Set up the new accounts onto the system and send out the corresponding letter to the customer.
  • Set up of credit limit increase paper work for authorization.
  • Sending out copy invoices, credit notes, PODs and statements when requested.
  • Checking payments received in the bank and relaying the information to relevant persons.
  • Logging customer queries on the system.
  • Ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with company business controls policies.
  • Taking PDQ payment and logging them onto the system.
  • Maintaining a filing system
  • Any other reasonable duties as defined by the company.
  • Work towards gaining credit control experience skills for progression within the department.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
