£30,000 Basic Salary + £48,000 OTE
An exciting opportunity is available for a Sales Consultant to join a prestigious 5-star House Builder located in the scenic Burghfield Common area.
Duties:
- Representing the business for negotiation of house sales
- Conducting viewings and showcasing the benefits of the homes
- Negotiating with buyers to ensure a seamless process
- Maintaining strong knowledge of site progress and plot details
- Presenting show homes and marketing suite to a high standard
- Achieving sales targets
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in a sales role for a house builder
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Proficient in IT
- Valid driving license
Job Details:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: £30,200.00-£48,000.00 per year
