Description

Key Areas of Responsibility:


  • Management of client portfolio records to show investment holdings and valuations, factoring in the impact of Corporate Actions, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Performance, ensuring high levels of accuracy throughout.
  • Filing documentation to evidence any request to add, remove or adjust portfolio records.
  • Liaison with investment managers to clarify information relating to portfolio adjustments.
  • Verification and adjustment of stock records on a daytoday basis to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicating with data providers to ensure accuracy of data feeds.
  • Processing corporate events in a timely manner.
  • Arranging probate valuations on behalf of investment managers.
  • Accuracy of capital gains tax calculations.
  • Maintenance of clients' performance records.
  • Establishing ISA eligibility.
  • Ensuring relevant training sessions are attended to develop knowledge and skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
