Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Work with HR Business Partners and others in the HR team to support recruitment requests, meeting with key stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the current climate and underlying market forces and driving a coherent and diverse recruitment strategy for every position.
- Manage recruitment / attraction campaigns assessing the best "to market" routes for each position.
- Writing and posting appealing job adverts on various advertising mediums, building strong relationships with relevant external stakeholders.
- Directly headhunting passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms.
- Screening CVs against the job specification, creating robust shortlists and presenting them to hiring managers.
- Managing the interview process and coordinating diaries with hiring managers.
- Effectively manage the offer process and provide support with onboarding to the Core HR team as required.
- Producing both regular and ad hoc management information to enable effective reporting on the recruitment process and key metrics (D&I etc.) to ExCo and Board committees.
- Encourage and implement continuous improvement measures within Talent Acquisition and the wider HR team.
- Be an agent for change and support the business, championing the 'One Charles Stanley' culture, values and behaviours.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience of managing the endtoend recruitment process. From liaising with hiring managers at the outset, through to offering and onboarding, gained in either an agency or inhouse environment.
- Experience in financial and/or professional services preferred.
- Experience of using direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter. You will be an expert in networking using a range of social media platforms.
- A proven track record of adding value through innovative ideas and best practice methodologies within a recruitment environment.
- Proven track record of building strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns with tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Strong researching and resourcing skills with a delivery focussed mindset.
- Professional and confident with a positive, cando mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- Highly flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and with working under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- A skilled communicator, able to influence and deal with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Advanced IT skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Office. Previous experience of using HR Management Systems (Oracle, Workday, etc.) preferred.
