- Work on a wide range of complex finance and trade finance transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, export credit agency financing and structured trade finance
- Gain exposure to a diverse range of clients, including major financial institutions, corporates and governments
- Play a key role in deal execution, from drafting and negotiating transaction documents to conducting due diligence and managing closing processes
- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced Partners and Associates
- Develop your legal expertise and build a strong track record in a fast-paced environment
- You are a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 2-5 years of PQE in finance and trade finance law
- You have a strong academic background and a proven track record of success in a corporate law environment
- You have excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- You are a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to excel
- You are fluent in English and ideally have experience working in an international environment
